Personal data — waiting list
When you join the waiting list, we collect: your email address (required), and if you wish your passions, your creator status and a link to your work. The page language and the source of your visit (UTM parameters) are also recorded.
This data is used exclusively to: keep you informed about the launch of Maracudja, prepare the first communities (which bubbles open first) and the founding-creator programme. It is never sold, never shared for advertising purposes, and is not subject to any third-party profiling.
Legal basis: your consent, collected through double opt-in (the sign-up only becomes effective after email confirmation). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email — your data is then deleted.
Processor: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), with data hosted in the European Union.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object: write to contact@maracudja.social. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
